Besides competing with iPhone, HTC Touch Diamond also head to head with Samsung i900 Omnia. Instead of using just plain Windows Mobile user interface both Samsung and HTC came with their design. While HTC has its own interface TouchFLO, Samsung also boasts its TouchWiz UI, which is his first effort in this area, but they are building their mobile phones, which are fully touch screen.

Both houses offer mobile phones with touch screens that are optimized. They have used their Plug-In at least to cover the good old Windows Mobile OS. They chose to create their contact interfaces, because the Windows Mobile OS to use only limits stylus.

Samsung provides a user interface with two options to choose, together with a Bulgarian menu that has similarity to the normal phone interface. HTC also boasts its TouchFLO 3D software that provides quick access to most used applications and is designed with eye-catching graphics and animations.
